◆ GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025　イベント概要

開催日：2025年4月11日（金）〜13日（日）

◆予約締切日に関して

ご予約受付締切は4月3日（木）です。

在庫が変動しやすい商品もございますのでお早めのご予約をご検討ください。

◆ hinataレンタルご予約方法

①レンタル希望商品をカートへ入れていただきご予約へお進みください。

※利用期間はフェス参加日程と必ず合わせてください。

②-1 ふもとっぱら宿泊の方

「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベントを選択してください。

GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025（ふもとっぱら）で検索いただくと配送先を選択いただけます。

②-2 富士オートキャンプ場ふもと村　宿泊の方

「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベントを選択してください。

GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025（富士オートキャンプ場ふもと村）で検索いただくと配送先を選択いただけます。

③操作を進め、注文後に送られる完了メールを持ってご予約完了となります。

◆ 注文期限

注文、変更期限は利用日の約1週間前までになります。

変更時は下記の流れでキャンセル後に再注文をお願いいたします。

◆ キャンセルに関して

注文完了後に送付されるメールにキャンセル用のURLが記載されております。

キャンセルポリシーは下記の通りです。

キャンセル受付日によってキャンセル料が変わるため、ご利用の中止が確定された場合はお早めにキャンセルをお願いいたします。

キャンセル料は以下のように計算されます。

商品発送日の前日：無料

商品発送日～利用日前々日：レンタル料金の50%

利用日前日～利用日：レンタル料金の100％

ご注文合計金額からキャンセル料を差し引いた金額がご返金額となります。

※詳しくは、ご予約が完了した際に予約完了メール（件名：[hinataレンタル]ご予約を承りました）の下部に記載をしております。ご確認ください。

※天候不良等におけるイベント中止の場合でも通常のキャンセル規定が適用されます。そのため、キャンセル補償への加入を推奨しております。

◆ 当日お荷物の受取先、受け取り方法

ふもとっぱらに宿泊の方は、

当日到着しましたらふもとっぱら内 hinata レンタル出店ブースへお立ち寄りください。

担当スタッフよりお荷物をお渡しいたします。

受け取り時、予約完了後に送られるメールの確認を持って、お荷物と交換とさせていただきます。

※商品のお渡しは

・11日（金）15時から17時

・12日（土）8時半〜17時を予定しております。

オートキャンプふもと村に宿泊の方は、

・12日（土）9〜18時の間にふもと村の管理棟にお立ち寄りください。

◆返却に関して

ふもとっぱらに宿泊の方のご返却はご利用終了日の15時までを目安にお願いいたします。

安全のため、明るいうちの撤収をお勧めしております。

オートキャンプふもと村に宿泊の方は、

・13日（日）9〜14時の間にふもと村の管理棟にご返却ください。

Dear customer who would like to make a delivery to the GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025 event,

we would like to inform you of the following information.

Please read the following information before using this service.

GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025 Event overview

Date: 11 (Fri) - 13 (Sun) April 2025

Location: Fumotoppara, 156 Foothills, Fujinomiya City, Shizuoka Prefecture, 418-0109, Japan

◆Reservation deadline

The deadline for reservations is, 3 April.

◆How to make a hinata rental reservation

(1) Please add the items you wish to rent to the cart and proceed to the booking process.

*Please make sure that the period of use coincides with your festival participation dates.

2-1 For guests staying at Fumotopara

Please select the festival/event on the ‘Enter delivery address information’ screen.

Search for GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025 (Fumotohara) to select the delivery address.

2-2 For those staying at Fuji Auto Campsite Fumoto-mura

Please select the festival/event on the ‘Enter delivery address information’ screen.

Search for GOOUT JAMBOREE 2025 (Fuji Auto Campsite Fumoto-mura) to select the delivery address.

The order will be completed by the completion email sent after the order is placed.

◆Order deadline

The deadline for orders and changes is approximately one week before the date of use.

If you wish to change your order, please follow the procedure below to cancel the order and then place a new order.

◆Cancellation

A URL for cancellation is provided in the email sent after the order has been completed.

The cancellation policy is as follows.

As the cancellation fee varies depending on the date of cancellation, please cancel as soon as possible if you have decided to cancel your order.

◆Cancellation fees are calculated as follows

Day before the day the goods are dispatched: free of charge

Day before goods dispatch - day before the day of use: 50% of the rental price

Day before the day of use - day of use: 100% of the rental price.

The amount refunded will be the total amount of the order minus the cancellation fee.

For details, please refer to the bottom of the reservation completion email (subject: [hinata rental] your reservation has been accepted) when your reservation has been completed. Please check the details.

*Normal cancellation rules apply even if the event is cancelled due to inclement weather, etc. We therefore recommend that you take out cancellation compensation.

◆Where and how to collect your luggage on the day of the event

For those staying at either Fumotoppara

Please stop by the hinata rental booth in Fumotoppara when you arrive on the day.

The staff in charge will hand over your luggage.

Upon receipt, your baggage will be exchanged with the confirmation of the email sent after the booking is completed.

*The delivery of the goods will be

Friday, 11 January, 15:00-17:00.

The delivery is scheduled for 8.30am to 5pm on Saturday 12.

If you are staying at Auto Camp Fumoto Village,

please drop by the Fumoto Village administration building between 9am and 6pm on the 12th (Sat).

◆Return of goods

For those staying at either Fumotoppara

Please return your camping equipment by 15:00 on the last day of your stay.

For safety reasons, we recommend that you leave the camp in daylight.

If you are staying at Auto Camp Fumoto Village,

please return your tent between 9am and 2pm on the 13th (Sun).
