①レンタル希望商品をカートへ入れていただきご予約へお進みください。

※利用期間はフェス参加日程と必ず合わせてください。

②「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベント　を選択してください。

在庫が変動しやすいレンタル品もございますので、お早めのご予約をお勧めします。

キャンプ場受付にてお受け取りをお願いいたします。

※メールに受付で提示する「番号（数字1桁〜2桁）」のメールを8日〜10日にお送りします。

◆ How to reserve Hinata rentals

① Add the items you wish to rent to your cart and proceed to the reservation page.

*Please make sure that the rental period matches the festival schedule.

② Select “Festival/Event” on the “Enter Delivery Address” screen.

③Proceed with the operation, and your reservation will be complete once you receive the completion email after placing your order.

◆ Order deadline date

The reservation deadline is Sunday, October 5

Some rental items are subject to frequent inventory changes, so we recommend making your reservation as early as possible.

◆ Where to pick up your items on the day of your reservation and how to pick them up

Please collect your items at the campsite reception.  

※Please present the email sent from hinata Rental.  

※We will send an email containing the “number (1-2 digits)” to be presented at the reception between the 8th and 10th.

◆ Regarding returns

Please return the items at the campground reception desk by 6:00 PM on the 13th (Monday).

Customers staying at the campground until Tuesday, the 14th, must return their equipment by 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, the 14th.

*Please be sure to specify Tuesday, the 14th, as your last day of use.
