Reservations and how to pick up and return rental items

On the day of the event, we will put your luggage in a delivery bag at the hinata rental booth in the venue and give it to you. When you return it, please put the tools used in the delivery bag and return them to the booth as they are. Please check the hinata rental Notification to enter shipping information when making a reservation.

Booking Deadline

The booking start date is May 8th! Please consider booking early as some items are subject to stock fluctuations.
