下記内容をご確認いただきご利用いただきますよう、よろしくお願いいたします。

◆ Moment 2025　イベント概要

開催日：2025年7月4日（金）〜6日（日）

開催場所：〒638-0431 奈良県吉野郡天川村洞川９３４　洞川キャンプ場

◆ 予約開始日について

ご予約受付開始は5月5日（月）です！予約開始日にリマインドメールを希望のお客様はこちらにご入力ください。

◆ hinataレンタルご予約方法

①レンタル希望商品をカートへ入れていただきご予約へお進みください。

※利用期間はフェス参加日程と必ず合わせてください。

※会場では直火は禁止です。必ず焚き火台をご使用ください。

②「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベントを選択してください。

Momentで検索いただくと配送先を選択いただけます。

③操作を進め、注文後に送られる完了メールを持ってご予約完了となります。

◆ 注文期限

注文、変更期限は利用日の約1週間前までになります。

変更時は下記の流れでキャンセル後に再注文をお願いいたします。

◆ キャンセルに関して

注文完了後に送付されるメールにキャンセル用のURLが記載されております。

キャンセルポリシーは下記の通りです。

キャンセル受付日によってキャンセル料が変わるため、ご利用の中止が確定された場合はお早めにキャンセルをお願いいたします。

キャンセル料は以下のように計算されます。

商品発送日の前日：無料

商品発送日～利用日前々日：レンタル料金の50%

利用日前日～利用日：レンタル料金の100％

ご注文合計金額からキャンセル料を差し引いた金額がご返金額となります。

※天候不良等におけるイベント中止の場合でも通常のキャンセル規定が適用されます。そのため、キャンセル補償への加入を推奨しております。

※詳しくは、ご予約が完了した際に予約完了メール（件名：[hinataレンタル]ご予約を承りました）の下部に記載をしております。ご確認ください。

◆ 当日お荷物の受取先、受け取り方法

当日イベント会場へ到着しましたら、洞川キャンプ場管理棟へお立ち寄りください。

担当スタッフよりお荷物をお渡しいたします。（※時間は変動する可能性がございます。詳細は追って更新します）

・4日（金）12〜20時

・5日（土） 9〜17時

※受け取り時、予約完了後に送られるメールの確認を持って、お荷物と交換とさせていただきます。

◆返却に関して

受取場所と同様、管理棟にてご返却ください。

・5日（土） 9〜17時

・6日（日） 9〜18時

※安全のため、明るいうちの撤収をお勧めしております。

Venue： Dorogawa Campsite, 934 Dorogawa, Tenkawa-mura, Yoshino-gun, Nara, 638-0431, Japan

◆Reservation start date

Reservations will be accepted starting on Monday, May 5!

If you would like to receive a reminder e-mail on the reservation start date, please enter your e-mail address here.

◆ Where and how to collect your luggage on the day of the event.

When you arrive at the event site on the day of the event, please stop by the Dorogawa Campground Administration Building.

The staff in charge will hand over your baggage. (*Times are subject to change. Details will be updated as they become available.)

Friday, December 4, 12:00 - 20:00

Saturday, December 5, 9:00 - 17:00

*When you pick up your baggage, it will be exchanged for your items upon confirmation of the email sent after the reservation is completed.

◆About return

Please return the items to the Administration Building in the same manner as the pick-up location.

*For safety reasons, we recommend that you pack up while it is still light.
