御月民-Otsukimi- Open Air 2025 イベント概要

◆ 注文開始日

7月7日（月）にご予約開始です。

在庫が変動しやすい商品もございますので、お早めのご予約をお勧めします。

◆ hinataレンタルご予約方法

①レンタル希望商品をカートへ入れていただきご予約へお進みください。

※利用期間はイベント参加日程と必ず合わせてください。

②「お届け先情報入力」画面にて　フェス・イベントを選択してください。

otsukimi で検索いただくと配送先を選択いただけます。

③操作を進め、注文後に送られる完了メールを持ってご予約完了となります。

◆ キャンセルに関して

注文完了後に送付されるメールにキャンセル用のURLが記載されております。

キャンセルポリシーは下記の通りです。

キャンセル受付日によってキャンセル料が変わるため、

ご利用の中止が確定された場合はお早めにキャンセルをお願いいたします。

キャンセル料は以下のように計算されます。

商品発送日の前日：無料

商品発送日～利用日前々日：レンタル料金の50%

利用日前日～利用日：レンタル料金の100％

ご注文合計金額からキャンセル料を差し引いた金額がご返金額となります。

※天候不良等におけるイベント中止の場合でも通常のキャンセル規定が適用されます。そのため、キャンセル補償への加入を推奨しております。

Otsukimi Open Air 2025 Event Overview

Date: September 5 (Fri) to September 7 (Sun), 2025

◆ Ordering starts

Reservations will begin on Monday, July 7.

Some items may have fluctuating inventory, so we recommend making your reservation as soon as possible.

◆ hinata Rental Reservation Method

① Add the rental items you wish to reserve to your cart and proceed to the reservation page.

※ Please ensure that the rental period aligns with your event participation schedule.

② On the “Delivery Address Information” screen, select “Festival/Event.”

Searching for “otsukimi” will allow you to select the delivery location.

③Proceed with the operation, and your reservation will be complete once you receive the completion email after placing your order.

◆ Regarding cancellations

The email sent after your order is complete will include a URL for cancellations.

The cancellation policy is as follows.

Cancellation fees vary depending on the date of cancellation, so

please cancel as soon as possible once you have decided to cancel your reservation.

Cancellation fees are calculated as follows.

The day before the product is shipped: Free  

From the day the product is shipped to two days before the usage date: 50% of the rental fee  

From the day before the usage date to the usage date: 100% of the rental fee  

The refund amount will be the total order amount minus the cancellation fee.

※Even in the event of cancellation due to bad weather, the standard cancellation policy applies. Therefore, we recommend joining the cancellation insurance program.

◆ Regarding the pickup location, pickup method, and return method on the day of the event  

We will contact you separately, but arrangements are being made at the campsite entrance.
