◆ 当日お荷物の受取先、受け取り方法

16日（金）　13時〜17時までにキャンプ場管理棟にお越しください。

※上記で間に合わない場合は個別にご相談ください。

◆ 返却に関して

18日（日）　17時までにキャンプ場管理棟にご返却ください。

※19日（月）まで利用される場合、キャンプ場管理棟に10時までにご返却ください。

Venue: Gunma Minakami Houdaiji Campsite, 915-1 Fujiwara, Minakami Town, Tone County, Gunma Prefecture.

◆How to make a reservation

①Please put the items you want to rent in your cart and proceed to the reservation.

②Please select the date of use when selecting the period of use.

③Please select Balance 2025 from the "Fest Event" in the shipping address information.

④We will proceed with the operation and complete the reservation with the completion email sent after the order is placed.

◆ with regard to cancellation

The cancellation URL is listed in the email that will be sent after the order is completed.

The cancellation policy is as follows.

The cancellation fee varies depending on the date of cancellation, so if the cancellation is confirmed, please cancel it as soon as possible. The cancellation fee is calculated as follows.

The day before the shipping date: Free of charge

From the date of shipment to the day before use: 50% of the rental fee

Day before use - Date of use: 100% of rental fee

The total amount of your order minus the cancellation fee will be the refund amount.

*Details are listed at the bottom of the reservation completion email (subject: [hinata rental] reservation accepted) when the reservation is completed. Please check.

*Regular cancellation rules apply even in case of bad weather. We recommend that you join the cancellation compensation.
